Yogi H. Singh

Managing Partner and Head of Business Development

Yogi is a managing partner and head of business development at 1850 Investments, with active involvement across all portfolio companies. Previously, he served as Director of Acquisitions for Capital Square, where he led the acquisition of 40 properties totaling over $500 million. He has also held roles in real estate investment and development firms in Richmond and New York, focusing on underwriting, asset management, and project execution. He holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University and previously served on the university's foundation Board of Trustees. He currently sits on the board of the VA Repertory Theatre. Yogi is a member of: American Institute of Baking (AIB), American Peanut Shellers Association (APSA), National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRFA), American Peanut Research and Education Society (APRES), National Association of RV Parks & Campground (ARVC), Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), and the Virginia Campground Association (VCA).

Stewart M. Garland

Managing Partner and Head of Operations

Stewart is a managing partner and head of operations at 1850 Investments. He previously helped scale ParkLand Ventures, a national real estate enterprise backed by Markel Corporation, from inception to a team of over 40, overseeing operations and mentoring leadership. At the height of his direct management of the portfolio, over $15 million was generated annually. He also held prior roles in real estate finance with Meridian Construction Capital. Stewart earned a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University. He serves on the board of directors for Lovern and Friends, a local charitable organization. Stewart is a member of: American Institute of Baking (AIB), American Peanut Shellers Association (APSA), National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRFA), American Peanut Research and Education Society (APRES), National Association of RV Parks & Campground (ARVC), Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), and the Virginia Campground Association (VCA).

Pushkal is a managing partner and head of administration at 1850 Investments. He previously served as a partner and Vice President of Finance at a private asset management firm, where he led financial operations and helped oversee over $250 million in acquisitions and development. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment-grade transactions and market analytics at a Richmond-based real estate firm. Pushkal holds a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
